The foundation of our building is our attitude. Authentic, methodical, poetic: these are the values we use to make architectural statements around the world. Our buildings are authentic due to their local coherence and their lasting relevance. They are created in confrontation with their context and are significantly shaped by it. We build sustainably in a comprehensive sense: beyond energy issues, we are concerned with cultural, social and aesthetic value stability. We think in centuries.
Our methodical approach makes the complex development process of a building transparent and decisions comprehensible. We systematically collect and question knowledge and constantly develop our architecture. A pioneering example: the "2226" in Lustenau. It is also about the poetic: design, materials, light – the sensually experienceable. Elegance as a result of sovereign reduction. Timelessness. But more than that, we want to inspire beyond the immediate. Architecture as poetry.
