Idea

Planning and building between urban and rural areas is a particular challenge. We see architecture in an urban context and develop buildings with design expression in dialogue. We make clear reference to the local building tradition and extend the aesthetic expression to the present day. The tension arises from our handling of colour and material. We remain committed to this idea right up to the interior design.

Strengthen

We have many years of experience in obtaining construction rights. Our understanding of urban development quality facilitates communication with public authorities and helps to secure the construction project under planning law. We plan new buildings and work in existing buildings, always looking for lasting values and untapped potential in order to develop sustainable solutions. Particular sensitivity is required when dealing with listed substance.

Performances

We supervise the planning and construction process from the initial considerations to completion, and see the unity of the building and its surroundings as its task. Beyond architecture, we are able to develop and manage complex projects as a team. We work together with experienced specialist planners in a spirit of trust, see the executing companies as partners in the process and always remain the trustee of our client.

Functioning

We work as haptically as possible and try to transport our ideas with hand-drawn perspectives, models and material collages. These media serve both to review and to explain, as well as to inspire. It is a development from the abstract to the concrete, in which we take care to integrate different needs at the right time. We attach particular importance to the traceability and documentation of our work.
