Fresh concrete composite

Fresh concrete composite is the combination of concrete with another material during the concreting process. By inserting it into the formwork and thus integrating it directly into the liquid concrete, a permanent bond is created between the other material and the hardened fresh concrete. In waterproofing technology in particular, we speak of fresh concrete composite when fibres of the material or carrier material are firmly bonded to the concrete of a component in waterproofing membranes.

A fresh concrete composite can be used both on the construction site for in-situ concrete components and in the precast plant for the production of precast elements.
