Solid wood (MH)

Solid wood (MH) is a high-quality construction timber that has been refined in terms of wood moisture, dimensional accuracy and appearance. The wood is technically dried. The choice of cutting type results in squared timber with minimised cracking and high dimensional stability.

In contrast to solid construction timber (KVH), it is not finger-jointed lengthwise. Therefore, it does not contain any adhesives.

The following types of wood are used for MH:

  • Spruce
  • Fir

on request:

  • Larch
  • Pine
  • Douglas fir

Solid wood (MH) can be used for all load-bearing and stiffening structures.
