Sylva CLT Blankets

Stora Enso AB

Description

Sylva ceilings and roofs are tailor-made and prefabricated building elements with short or long spans.

More Over

In the case of cross-laminated timber (CLT), the strength-to-weight ratio is particularly favourable. This makes it possible to lay the floors particularly thin. This is why Sylva CLT ceilings are ideal for short to medium spans of up to 6-7 m. For wide-span ceilings over 6 m, we recommend Sylva ribbed ceilings.

Roofs

Sylva CLT roofs are ideal for roofing applications with spans of up to 7-8 m. The entire product acts as a structural element, so it can even be used as a cantilever without the need for additional support from beam elements.

For wide-span roofs over 8 m, we recommend using Sylva ribbed roofs.

Building Types

Ideal for residential buildings and schools.

Sylva CLT ceilings are usually made of CLT-L panels.
