LIGNA Hall - Base system solution

Our plinth elements are precast concrete elements with integrated insulation. We attach these to the hall supports from the outside. They are self-supporting from column to column, eliminating the need for elaborate strip foundations and keeping foundation costs to a minimum. 

All plinths have a thickness of 14 to 30 cm and are up to 300 cm high. As a rule, the plinth begins 35 cm below the finished hall floor, thus guaranteeing a clean and solid transition between the outer and inner floors. 

When founded on point foundations, the plinth elements also offer the advantage that separate cladding is no longer necessary for the subsequent hall floor.
