Advantages of the MAXIfloor® - screed cavity floor

  • No visible panel screening
  • High
  • comfort behaviour (no rattling or creaking noises)
  • Optimal fire protection, due to the fact that fire development as a result of a lack of oxygen in the floor cavity is not a problem (up to 200 mm)
  • No costly protection of the top covering necessary - thus no obstruction of the cavity installation
  • Unlimited choice of pavements in all price ranges
  • High air and impact sound values, which only require special measures (e.g. partitioning, cork pads) in exceptional cases
  • High resistance, e.g. to damp cleaners
  • Problem-free and cost-effective pavement renewal
  • Over
  • 95% free cavity in all directions
  • Universally applicable for cavity heights of 25-500 mm (heights beyond this are possible on request)
  • Almost constant basis weight with different cavity heights
  • Uniform drying is guaranteed by constant screed thickness
