Alpgate sliding folding doors

The ALPGATE sliding folding doors are carried and guided at the top in a running rail. On the ground, additional guide rollers in another rail provide stability.

It is interesting to observe when, within a very short time, such a massive-looking, almost 30-metre-wide door, with all its gates and a weight of around 3000 kilograms, disappears like a parcel in its own "station". As if by magic, the ball-bearing steel carriages fold the elements together with the ejector rollers. This works just as well manually as it does automatically.

• Leaf package can be parked to the side next to the wall opening => no reduction in the clearance width
• The drive is carried out via a rack attached to the running rail (1 motor per opening direction)
• Door opening on both sides (2 drive motors) increases the opening speed accordingly
• Sufficiently stable lintel required as the entire weight of the door is suspended at the top.
