Solarlux SDL Avalis Roof System

Solarlux GmbH

Description

TO MEET THE HIGHEST AESTHETIC REQUIREMENTS

The SDL Avalis thermally insulated roofing system defines a new, distinct market segment. It meets high aesthetic standards and follows current architectural trends with a harmonious proportion structure and a purist cubature. Coordinated system components and a high degree of prefabrication enable short installation times. Requirements for maximum thermal insulation, reliable ventilation or shading have already been solved on the system side. Solarlux bi-folding glass doors or the cero maximum sliding window offer various options for transparent substructures. With the SDL Avalis, a modern, well-thought-out room expansion can be realized in a short time.

More Over

The Solarlux roof system SDL Avalis is a load-bearing panel element as a thermally insulated wood system for expanding living space. Thanks to the classic construction, any roof shape is possible. If appropriate elements, glazing, ventilation elements and shading are installed, the requirements of the valid Building Energy Act (GEG ́) for living space quality are met.

Technical Information

FEATURES OF THE ROOF PANEL

  • The supporting structure is made of spruce glulam in elite quality according to DIN 1052-1. A load-bearing panel element with the best properties of selected quality is used . The wood is PEFC-certified and from sustainable forestry.
  • The panel element consists of at least five layers of sawn timber glued at right angles to each other and is therefore considered vapour-diffusion-tight
  • The component is a solid building material with a very high load-bearing capacity, and at the same time the prefabricated elements are quick and easy to assemble

  • Individual dimensions in width, depth and thickness are possible depending on static requirements. This gives room for a variety of designs
  • Low thermal conductivity ensures maximum living comfort and saves energy
  • The construction does not transfer static loads into the elements . The waterproofing materials and the thermal insulation are located above and cover the panel element
  • The roof pitch of at least 2% is provided by slope insulation
  • Two roof overhangs: panel element with sloping design and panel element with straight design
  • The roof overhang can be selected up to 1,000 mm
  • The supports are made of stainless steel and can be placed individually in width, taking into account the statics
  • The roof slab is optionally available with a cut-out (Skylight)
  • The Skylight can be implemented in the form of a monopitch or gable roof with selectable Solarlux roof profiles
  • Rainwater is directed above the roof slab into the rain gutter and drains off via the side drain
  • The
  • elements are installed at the required distance to the vertical supports
  • The interior cladding is provided by means of an on-site ceiling according to customer requirements

VENTILATION AND SHADING

Depending
  • on the customer's requirements , high-quality electrically operated lift-and-slide windows and/or a roller fan or roof flap are used for ventilation
  • The
  • operation can be carried out
  • via an automatic control systemFor the Skylight, both an under-glass awning in combination with solar control glass and an on-roof awning are available
  • The vertical elements can also be shaded with a system solution (vertical awning)

SERVICE FEATURES

For construction and calculation in the planning stage, static tables are available for pre-dimensioning Object-related system statics are provided at short notice

  •
  • The
  • roof is delivered pre-assembled. The high degree of prefabrication significantly reduces installation times
