The SL 97 bi-folding door is available as a bottom-mounted or top-mounted system. Very high thermal insulation is the hallmark of the SL 97 bi-folding door made of wood/aluminium. Laminated wooden profiles with a construction depth of 96 mm, an additional insulation level and triple glazing achieve a U-value of 0.80 W/m²K and enable it to be based on the passive house standard. Different opening variants are possible. Waterproofing against rain and wind is provided by three sealing levels. The aluminium cover shells on the outside protect the wooden profiles from the weather.
