VMZINC® standing seam roofing for façade

VMZINC® - a brand of VM Building Solutions Deutschland GmbH

Description

The angle standing seam covering is a variant of the double standing seam in which the last work step - closing to the double standing seam - is omitted. The angled standing seam provides a visually stronger structure and clean lines through greater rigidity. It is therefore mainly used in façade cladding. The angular standing seam covering can be installed horizontally, vertically or at an angle.

The substructure allows the façade cladding to be attached to the load-bearing elements of the building by means of fasteners. Compressive and suction forces are absorbed in the process. Therefore, this construction must be dimensioned according to the respective static requirements.

For angled standing seam roofing in the façade area, the use of both full-surface supporting and non-full-surface supporting substructures is possible. Wooden formwork, formwork made of wood-based panels, OSB boards or special chipboard designs (cement-bonded chipboard) can be used as a supporting substructure. The use of trapezoidal steel profiles is possible as a non-supporting substructure.

Suitable for both renovation projects and new builds - Can be installed horizontally and vertically.
