fermacell® gypsum fibre screed elements with felt fibre insulation board

James Hardie Europe GmbH

Description

The fermacell® Screed Element 2 E 16 consists of 2 factory-joined fermacell® gypsum fibre panels in 10 mm thickness, a 50 mm wide stepped rebate and a 9 mm thick felt insulation board laminated on the underside. The felt insulation board is made of recycled synthetic fibres and thus meets the requirements for sustainable construction.

As an alternative, there is the fermacell® screed element 2 E 26 (see product data sheet).

More Over

Application:

The fermacell® screed element 2 E 16 can be used as a dry screed in the renovation and modernisation of old buildings but also in new buildings. It is particularly suitable for insulating airborne and impact sound in solid or lightweight ceilings (wooden beam ceilings). The high sound insulation requirements for apartment partition ceilings can also be met.
