KME Perforated Copper Sheet TECU® PATINA, Perforated RV Round Offset

KME Germany GmbH & Co. KG

Description

TECU® Patina copper plates are pre-patinated on one side in green using a specially developed industrial process. The oxide layer produced from the copper in this way corresponds to the natural copper patina formed over long periods of time by atmospheric action.

Processing

  • The surfaces of TECU® Patina panels are finished at the factory and must be treated with special care.
  • Do not process TECU® patina boards in the rain.
  • In general: do not mechanically stress wet TECU® patina boards (e.g. do not walk on them or use them as storage areas).
  • TECU® Patina panels must not be torn off.
  • Due to the amount of dust generated when processing large quantities of TECU® Patina indoors, wear a light protective mask.
  • After processing TECU® Patina, the machines and tools must be cleaned.
  • Observe the constraint-free installation of the TECU® Patina panels and elements.
  • For a uniform or uniform appearance, the rolling direction of the TECU® Patina surface must be taken into account as the direction of installation.
  • When installing TECU® Patina panels with directly visible fastening, KME recommends trimming the panels on all sides to 900x2800mm, as the edges may have possible discoloration due to production.
