Applications
There are many different uses for fibre cement, although it is mostly used for cladding exterior walls and roofs. It is a very popular material for all types of buildings. The use ranges from residential buildings, private residences, public buildings to warehouses and industrial complexes.
Formability and strength
Fibre cement panels are extremely stable and robust, yet the material is easy to handle. Perforations, for example, give the façade an exciting surface appearance, let a lot of natural light into the building and break out of the usual façade design. Holes, slits or any freely selectable shape can be used to achieve unusual effects. Perforated panels can be used for aesthetic reasons or fulfil a specific function, such as sliding shutters, special lighting concepts, windbreaks, partition walls, or soundproofing elements,
aswell as geometric shapes, individual patterns, company logos or pictorial motifs can be ornamented on individual panels or, to create a larger overall picture, across several panels.
