Description

The MAXIMO multi-area formwork can be operated completely from one side, it can be used upright or horizontally, has sophisticated safety technology and is mainly used in building and industrial construction.

The fast and proven anchor system of the formwork has a conical design and does not require spacer tubes or cones. The tie points are arranged in the middle of all formwork elements. This reduces the number of anchors required by up to 40% compared to formwork systems with tie technology on both sides. Each anchor hole is occupied, edge anchors are not required. Thanks to the patented BFD alignment lock, which can be operated with one hand, all element connections are made flush, aligned and tight.

MAXIMO has been proven to work up to 50% faster than with conventional panel formwork. This is confirmed by our customers as well as by the independent time measurements of the Institute for Time Management and Management Consulting Construction (izb).

Due to the one-sided anchoring, no work is necessary on the adjusting side. The central tie points also reduce the number of anchors to be operated.
Work steps such as cutting ducts, installing cones, sealing unoccupied tie points and associated rework are no longer necessary. It is not necessary to erect scaffolding on the control side.
Costs for material remaining in the structure, such as ducts and cones, are eliminated. In general, no material is required for work platforms on the control side.
The orderly joint and tie grid of the MAXIMO ensures a visually appealing design of concrete surfaces.
The BFD alignment lock, which can be operated with one hand, is the only necessary connecting part for normal element joints, mating wood compensation up to 10 cm, extensions, outer and inner corners, articulated corners and the clamping of squared timber.
With just a few panel widths, all floor plans – whether in civil engineering, residential construction, industrial construction or civil engineering – can be formed. With a clearly structured element grid of 30 cm and an element of 45 cm width, the provision is reduced and the degree of use is increased.
The MAXIMO Moving Hook 1.5 t is available with an RFID tag and an inspection sticker. This means that all necessary test documentation can be called up at any time via an RFID reader or a web portal. In addition, the annual test cycles to be observed are immediately recognizable by the inspection sticker.
