More Over
The blue-yellow weather strip prevents water from entering the inside due to its construction, even if there is an increased pressure difference between the outside and inside. By using the blue-yellow weather strip on a sash profile for a door or window element that interacts with a threshold system, a contact-free and wear-free seal can be achieved. Air flow penetrating from the outside into the air gap between the wing profile and the weather strip on the one hand and the threshold structure on the other hand is disturbed at the inner leg of the weather band. This reduces the inward airflow, so less moisture gets inside. Depending on the version, blaugelb weather strips have 3 to 6 receptacle grooves for selecting the optimal position of the blaugelb brush seal.
Matching blaugelb end caps:
The blaugelb end caps made of plastic are visually coordinated with the weather strip in design and shape and can be optimally positioned by the detachable fixing pins and weather-resistant stainless steel screws (A2 4x20 mm included). When transporting the sash frame construction, the end caps do not break off when placed on the corners.
