blue-yellow plinth insulation profile EPS

blaugelb - a brand of the Meesenburg Group

Description

The blaugelb EPS plinth insulation profile made of a highly compressed EPS (expanded polystyrene) can be used for the best possible heat and moisture protection on house and balcony doors made of wood, wood/aluminium, aluminium and PVC. The blaugelb EPS plinth insulation profile is robust, resistant and is characterised by quick and easy installation. The blaugelb EPS plinth insulation profile enables thermal insulation and reduces the possible thermal bridges of conventional plastic profiles. It is dimensionally stable, 100% HCFC, HFC and HBCD-free and low-emission tested according to EMICODE EC1 Plus. The blaugelb EPS plinth insulation profile was specially developed for installation as a substructure insulation profile under the threshold.

More Over

Thanks to the innovative dovetail connection, the blaugelb EPS plinth insulation profiles can be joined together in a form-fitting manner and thus processed endlessly. The dovetail connection optimises the waste until it is completely free of waste, while the actual profile length of 1,175 mm is ideal for transport and storage (Euro pallet). Thanks to their low weight and compact dimensions, the blaugelb EPS plinth insulation profiles are unrivalled in their ability to process quickly and easily.

In the case of the tongue-and-groove connection, both blue-and-yellow EPS plinth insulation profiles to be joined have a groove at one edge and a spring at the other edge and can be coupled to each other in height.

Product advantages:

Advantages of plinth insulation with the blaugelb plinth insulation profile EPS:

  • effective insulation measure with high savings potential
  • Plinth insulation sustainably eliminates energetic weak points on components that rest on floor slabs and increases living comfort
  • Plinth insulation with the blaugelb plinth insulation profile EPS prevents damage caused by moisture and mould formation

Advantages of a dovetail connection:

  • quick and easy installation
  • mobile -
  • no metal connectors required
  • for workshop or construction site
  • endlessly extendable in length, coupling in height
  • no waste
