Advantages of the OSB 3 laying board in use:

• Stable and precisely fitting tongue and groove profile for easy and quick installation, for example as a floating dry screed.

• A closed, flat and solid surface as well as a low swelling of thickness under the influence of moisture, suitable for the production of concrete formwork.

• Suitable as a Transport packaging in the worldwide movement of goods through certificates of pest-free (ISPM 15 standard) and food safety.

• The high dimensional accuracy, accuracy of fit and the high availability of different formats offer many possibilities for use in interior design,  trade fair and shop fitting.

• A gross density of at least 600 kg/m³, which is bindingly guaranteed by the declaration of performance. This means that they can be used in many standardized  fire protection constructions without further verification.

• For various decorative coatings , our OSB 3 in ground quality are particularly suitable.

Emission classes

Our glue systems are well below the strict standard requirements for formaldehyde emissions in indoor spaces. All our products fall below the E1 limit value that applies throughout Europe.

Emission classes to choose from: 

• OSB 3 E0 = 100 % formaldehyde-free glued, formaldehyde emission like untreated wood

• OSB 3 E0.5 = formaldehyde emission reduced by half compared to the European limit value E1. Required for use in Germany.

• OSB 3 E1 = low-emission glued in compliance with the European limit E1
