10-year warranty

ME410 is part of our i3 waterproofing system and can therefore be combined with many other waterproofing products. For waterproofing with our i3 system, we offer a 10-year functional warranty (see data sheet).

Design (more detailed information can be found in the data sheet)

  • The adhesive surfaces must be dry and free of oil, grease, dust or other anti-adhesive components
  • On
  • highly porous substrates (concrete, aerated concrete, plaster, etc.) as well as butyl tape overlaps, we recommend a primer with ME901 Butyl & Bitumen Primer/ME902 Butyl & Bitumen Spray Primer or the solvent-free ME904 Butyl & Bitumen Primer Eco
  • Due to the high basis weight of the belt, the joints to be bridged must not exceed 1/4 of the width. This is especially important to observe horizontally above the window and at the corners.
  • Roll carefully with a pressure roller.
  • In principle, the foil must be installed tension-free (but not free-hanging).
  • The foil can be plastered over with commercially available mortars
