The complexity of modern unitised façades can be easily illustrated by enumerating the many factors that need to be considered and weighed to ensure the desired thermal, acoustic and visual comfort, as well as static requirements, safety, accessibility and excellent aesthetics.

With our in-depth knowledge of aluminium as well as wood-aluminium systems and their functional requirements, we have developed a façade system that combines wood and aluminium and is perfect in design, function and performance.

In view of a future in which continuously rising energy costs must be expected and energy resources could become scarce even over the life of a building, it is all the more important that our wood-aluminium façade is designed for minimal energy consumption while meeting the ecological requirements of reduced CO₂footprint by using both renewable and recycled materials.

• Modular elements are prefabricated and assembled without the wooden components.
