blaugelb Multifunctional Ribbon Trio SDL 750

blaugelb - a brand of the Meesenburg Group

Description

The combination of two special PU foams with the airtight LST membrane has resulted in a high-performance multifunctional tape: The blue-yellow multifunctional tape Trio SDL750 with the LST air-stop technology protects against the storms of tomorrow and ensures the reliable fulfilment of the requirements resulting from the Building Energy Act (GEG) for the sealing of the connection joint.

The blaugelb multifunctional tape Trio SDL750 is a multi-stage, pre-compressed 3-level sealing tape for sealing and insulating the connection joint with just one product. The multi-stage structure is ideally adapted to the three levels of connection and movement joints in windows and doors.

More Over

The abbreviation Trio SDL750 stands for its properties

:
  • Driving rain-proof over 750 Pa and weather-resistant on the outside
  • Insulation of sound and heat in the functional level
  • Airtight and vapour-retardant on the room side

Extreme weather phenomena and stricter building standards with stricter requirements for energy saving place increased demands on window sealing, both from the outside and from the inside. The nearly zero-energy building standard laid down in the Building Energy Act (GEG) requires the highest level of airtightness and insulation in the connection joint.

  • Air-stop technology LST – 100% more airtight than the standard required
  • Effective for CO2 reduction
  • For more climate protection
  • For lower heating costs
  • For healthy living without mould
  • Suitable for passive houses, nearly zero-energy buildings and zero-energy houses
  • Suitable for meeting the required values in the blower door test

Sealing the joint with the blaugelb multifunctional tape Trio SDL750 requires only one step and saves the cost and time required for waterproofing. The pre-compressed blaugelb multifunctional belt Trio SDL750 has a strong resilience and expands automatically. This allows an extended joint width range to be sealed with one tape size. Component movements are reliably absorbed and breaks in the joint are avoided.

The blaugelb multifunctional tape Trio SDL750 can be plastered, glued over and painted over and can thus be installed completely concealed. It is suitable for renovation as well as for new construction.

Technical Information

Product advantages:
  • absolutely airtight, a-value = 0.00: requirement of DIN 18542:2020-04 exceeds Safe
  • separation of indoor and outdoor climate in the joint due to LST membrane
  • driving
  • rainproof ≥ 750 Pa – 25% more protection compared to the standard requirement
  • with moisture protection, tested according to the new DIN 18542:2020-04 MF 1
  • The connection area remains dry - thus improved insulation performance
  • suitable for passive house and zero-energy house standard
  • corresponds to the principle of "tighter inside than outside"
  • the light grey inside is ideal for use with modern exposed concrete walls
  • sealing a larger joint width with only one tape
  • optimised roll length, thus less tape joints and less waste
  • moisture and temperature resistant
  • simple
  • and fast processing with self-adhesive
  • High adhesive strength of the self-adhesive on the standard window and door profiles*
  • flexible - absorbs component movements Installation
  • possible regardless of the weather
  • Building
  • material class B1 - flame retardant (according to DIN 4102)
  • Joint sealing according to GEG, DIN 18355, DIN 4108
