Description

The PREFABOND aluminium composite panel is highly resistant to corrosion and weathering, has high bending stiffness and impact resistance. In addition, it offers a high degree of design freedom with all the advantages of the curtain-walled, rear-ventilated façade.

PREFABOND consists of two aluminium sheets that are applied to an FR core on both sides in the melt fixing process. Due to the equally chemical and mechanical fastening, this connection holds particularly robust. In this way, the aluminium composite panel ensures constant flatness and stability even on large surfaces.

Technical Information

FRONT COATING: Coil Coating - Duragloss® 5000, A coating made of a high-quality polymer resin, available in many colors. The gloss level is 3 to 80%.

CORE: FR core (fire retardant – fire retardant class "B-s1, d0" – flame retardant), A2 core (project-related A2 core on request.) (fire retardant class "A2-s1, d0" – non-flammable),

COATING BACK: Coil coating coating – protective varnish, coil-coated aluminum offers good corrosion protection. The arrows on the back indicate the painting direction. This enables correct panel alignment on the façade.
