The production of TERRAPLAN concrete in the ready-mixed concrete plant enables consistent quality in accordance with DIN EN 206-1/ DIN 1045-2. The simultaneous delivery of up to 8 m3 of TERRAPLAN concrete in a truck mixer and the rapid installation through the use of concrete pumps ensure the homogeneous effect of large areas as far as possible. By using shrinkage reducers and glass, plastic and/or carbon fibres, large areas with few joints can be realised unerringly.
TERRAPLAN concrete is supplied to technically trained processors and industrial floor builders, who independently advise builders and architects, create samples, and are responsible for planning and installing the surfaces. Modern dry and wet sanding processes reveal the final appearance of the floor surface in a multi-stage process. In the finish of the large-format surfaces, the chosen cement stone / grain and colour play shines on the surface that can be used sustainably.
