More Over
Storage and insulation protection mats protect root protection films or root-resistant seals from mechanical damage (required according to DIN 18 195 T5, e.g. for single-layer PVC seals). They also store water and nutrients and improve impact sound insulation. The area of application of the TSM 32 separation and protection mat and the SSM 45 storage protection mat is primarily in the area of extensive greening, while for intensive greening and under utility coverings, the more stable ISM 50 insulation protection mat or the thicker BSM 64 irrigation mat are preferable. Protective and storage mats are generally to be laid with an overlap of approx. 10 cm. The protection and storage effect can be increased by double laying.

Installation Instructions
This installation instructions describe the essential steps of using this product. In addition, please observe the relevant standards and guidelines, in particular the provisions of occupational health and safety.
If there is a risk of storms, the installation should not take place.
1) Installation:
The protective and storage mat is laid joint, i.e. without overlapping. On rising roof edges and components, it is guided up at least to the upper edge of the pavement.
To protect against UV radiation and blowing away, the protective mat must be covered immediately after installation. Short-term protection against wind can also be provided by moistening the mats.
2) Cutting:
It is recommended to cut the protective mat with sturdy universal scissors. When cutting, care must be taken to ensure that the roof waterproofing is not damaged under any circumstances! If damage does occur, it must be reported and repaired immediately.
The protective mat must be cut out in a circle over roof drains, about 1 cm larger than the roof gully all around (cross cut is not enough!).
Tool recommendation: Slitter rewinder
