Description
In the case of ceiling systems made of gypsum panels, T-mat opens up new possibilities for heating/cooling ceiling design. The construction is based on a conventional metal substructure made of CD profiles. The T-Mat modules are clipped into these CD profiles in such a way that they are prestressed after planking with the gypsum building boards, thus ensuring optimal heat transfer from the system to the ceiling surface.

An essential aspect for the use of the T-mat system is that with an acoustically effective plasterboard top layer, the sound absorption coefficient of the ceiling construction is only slightly influenced by the system.
