BEMO SYSTEMS standing seam profiles

BEMO SYSTEMS GmbH

Description

Round, multidimensional and in free form.

Maximum safety in the roof covering. Also for large, gently sloping roofs and for special roof shapes. The design variants of the standing seam profiles are diverse.

Whether to avoid overlapping joints in very large roof areas, whether in round buildings or in free shapes - roof coverings with BEMO standing seam membranes have one thing in common: they are safe for a long time.

More Over

A standing seam roof meets the highest building physics and acoustic requirements. It adapts to almost any building shape. The visual design variety is almost limitless due to the free profile shape, free choice of metal, surface and colour. Installation is carried out without penetration by folding on special standing seam holders.

Internationally tested - Made in Germany

Independent international tests and approvals, e.g. by DIBT in Germany, BBA in England or FM-Global in America, document the quality and function of the BEMO system.

BEMO standing seam products are up to every requirement and are available in the following designs:

  • Available materials: aluminium, steel, stainless steel, copper, titanium zinc
  • Surfaces: coated, natural, natural stuccite, brushed
  • Colour systems: BEMO-FLON, PVDF, HDP, polyester
  • Colours:

N 50

with 50 mm web height and variable profile widths.

The profile looks filigree and aesthetic and is often used for smaller roof areas such as monopitch roofs and residential buildings, as well as in industrial roofs without high snow loads.

N 65

with 65 mm bar height and variable profile widths.

Due to the high web, the profile is particularly suitable for gently sloping roofs. It is also characterized by a very good load-bearing capacity and thus good static values.

VF 65

with 65 mm bar height and variable profile widths.

For use on non-slip insulation and wooden formwork, the profile rests over the entire surface. A special shape accommodates the geometry of the holder foot without leaving any marks. This profile is often used for the renovation of older roof surfaces.

Special designs:

The number and positioning of the stabilising centre corrugations can be varied in terms of number and positioning on all profiles and can be defined as a design element.

The BEMO standing seam profiles are available in special designs:

  • with fleece as condensation protection
  • with sound insulation layer for a reduction of rain noise
  • Perforated as shading elements in the façade

Delivery lengths of well over 100 metres can be realised for construction site production.
