XXL sizes of the composite panels available
Depending on the fastening system, BEMO-BOND composite panels are available in a maximum size of up to 6,000 x 2,000 mm. The composite panel can be fastened visibly, e.g. by means of screws and rivets in panel colours. Concealed or invisible façade fastenings can be designed as a cassette system or with the new, innovative BEMO-BOND INVISIO system .
Also with closed façade cut edges
Optionally, closed façade cut edges close the panel core and design the panel all around in the façade colour.
Technical Information
Processing of the composite panels
The processing of the façade composite panels is carried out in the company's own BEMO machining centre, also in conjunction with the BEMO implementation planning. The panels are pre-machined according to requirements and delivered "just-in-time" to the project.
The fire classifications include B-S1, d0 and A2-S1, d0. The panel thickness can be 4mm or 6mm.
