H+H flat lintel

H+H Deutschland GmbH

Description

With the general technical approval Z-17.1-634, aerated concrete flat lintels can be detected according to the partial safety concept. This enables a uniform calculation of buildings regardless of the building material with the same safety concept. Aerated concrete flat lintels are reinforced tension belts with a height of 124 mm made of aerated concrete of strength class 4.5.

Advantages:

  • Thermal bridge-free – Thermal insulation with system
  • High variability – Can be used individually
  • for all wall widths A technical solution
  • Universally applicable for new construction, conversion, modernisation
  • Easy and easy installation
  • of the same (thin-bed) mortar as for masonry
  • Flat lintels (from a length of 1.5 m) may be cut to size precisely in length on the construction site.
  • Clean and high-quality overall impression
  • Delivery of masonry and lintel from a single source
  • Same plaster base and deformation behaviour
  • High load-bearing capacity depending on the masonry
  • Even
  • higher loads have to be transferred by reinforcement allowances at the ceiling level.

Technical Information

The construction:

Widths of W = 100, 115, 150 and 175 mm are possible. By combining the widths, aerated concrete flat lintels can be used for all common wall thicknesses. The flat lintel B = 100 mm is only permissible in combination with another aerated concrete flat lintel B ≥ 100 mm as a load-bearing component. The joint width between the tension belts must not exceed 15 mm. The load-bearing capacity is achieved by a masonry at least 125 mm high with aerated concrete flat blocks of at least strength class PP2. Alternatively or in combination, a reinforced concrete component (e.g. ceiling) can also be used as a pressure zone. The bearing and butt joints must be completely mortared with thin-bed mortar so that a pressure vault can form.
