The Viroc building board (black) is a composite material based on cement and wood and is composed of:
- Portland cement - 62.9%
- wood particles (pine) - 20.7%
- water - 10.7%
- other non-toxic compounds - 1.9%
- pigment black - 3.8%.
It is delivered as a build plate with a flat and black surface. In addition, there are various options for pre-treatment, such as with standard treatment (raw), with a smooth, black surface, or sanded with visible wood particles.
It can be used both indoors and outdoors. It is used for facades, walls, floors, cladding, ceilings, furniture, interior decoration, street furniture or can also serve as lost formwork.
