BauderPIR T Slope Slab

Paul Bauder GmbH & Co. KG

Description

Polyurethane rigid foam Thermal insulation without lamination.

BauderPIR T is used as thermal insulation with or without slope with particularly low thermal conductivity on the flat roof that is used and not used.

More Over

Every roof ceiling, whether solid reinforced concrete construction or light trapezoidal sheet metal roof, bends for reasons of its own weight and payload. Roof gullies are usually arranged in the area of the supports and are therefore usually located at high points. In the bent surfaces, the water remains standing and forms puddles there. The waterproofing is stressed on the one hand by the temperature limits along the puddles of water and on the other hand by often existing dirt deposits in the area of such low points.

The advantages of BauderPIR T slope insulation boards:

  • Pre-planned slope without heavy constructions.
  • Slope and thermal insulation in a single operation.
  • Low installation height.
  • High compressive strength.
  • Excellent craftsmanship

Safe water drainage with slope insulation: The installation of BauderPIR T slope insulation creates an inclined plane to the low points. A gully should be placed there.

The intelligent slope solution: BauderPIR T is a pre-planned slope without cost-intensive, heavy constructions, in which the slope and thermal insulation are laid in a single pass. With this method, almost any downhill design can be realized. BauderPIR guarantees optimal thermal insulation, with a low installation height and high compressive strength, as well as excellent craftsmanship.

Extremely high insulating effect ensures energy savings: According to DIN 4108, the calculated value of the thermal conductivity of BauderPIR T lR = 0.026 to 0.028 W/(m·K). With this high insulation performance, BauderPIR T slope already meets the requirements for the minimum thermal resistance according to DIN 4108 at the base of a roof slope with a thickness of only 3 cm.

BauderPIR T gradient is able to withstand all temperature loads: With continuous loads in professional applications in refrigeration and heating technology, polyurethane rigid foam has been proving its excellent resilience for decades. Especially on flat roofs, where constantly changing temperatures prevail, this is essential for the safety and long-term economic function of a building. BauderPIR T slope is hot bitumen resistant up to +250° C and can therefore easily withstand all processing techniques on flat roofs.

High compressive strength for all areas of application: BauderPIR T slope is the suitable insulation material for every task, from normal tread resistance on flat roofs to extreme loads. BauderPIR T slope offers a compressive strength of 0.12 N/mm² (120 KPa) as standard, higher compressive strength is provided by BauderPIR KOMPAKT slope.
