Sika® Elastomastic TF

SikaCor® Elastomastic TF is intended for use by commercial processors only. High-quality, wear-resistant thin pavement, e.g. on service footbridges, footpaths and cycle paths and trafficked surfaces, such as roadways, multi-storey car parks and underground car parks, as well as railway bridges with ballast beds (gravel troughs) and curbs. For the production of a thick-layered, wear-resistant, mechanically highly resistant and at the same time chemically resilient corrosion protection system. For level compensation or slope installation to avoid standing water. 

• Properties Very good corrosion resistance
• Mechanically resistant, viscoelastic, abrasion, impact and impact resistant
• Excellent adhesion to steel and concrete
• Crack-bridging in the system (OS 10) according to IV T+V (DAfStb guideline) 

• Chemical resistance: water, seawater, wastewater, dilute inorganic acids and alkalis, salts, detergents, greases, oils and short-term exposure to fuels and solvents
• Thermal resistance: Dry heat up to approx. + 100°C, short-term up to + 250°C
• Shore-D hardness ~40

• Base coating: SikaCor HM Primer (optional)
• Coating: SikaCor Elastomastic TF, unfilled
• Dispersion: Entire surface in excess with quartz sand 0.3-0.7 mm

Variant 2

• Base coating: SikaCor HM Primer (optional)
• Coating: SikaCor Elastomastic TF, 1:1 filled with quartz sand 0.3-0.7 mm
