Craftsmanship and material in harmony
Metal roof and façade cladding has a tradition of more than 200 years in European building culture. EasyFalz by Kalzip® continues this tradition. The base material has been specifically optimised for manual processing: double standing seam, angle standing seam, shingles or free shapes can be implemented conventionally and precisely, in the workshop as well as on the construction site. Even at moderate sub-zero temperatures, the material can be folded, folded and flanged without heating. Different longitudinal and transverse connections and their combinations enable grids in different widths and shapes.
Three surface worlds for every design intention
EasyFalz is available in three product lines:
Advantages at a glance:
Cycle and sustainability
Aluminium can be returned to the material cycle after use if it is properly collected, sorted and processed. For EasyFalz, material variants with a defined secondary aluminium content can be tested, offered and verified for the respective design on a project-by-project basis. After dismantling, the metallic components can be recycled. The long service life and high corrosion resistance also contribute to resource-saving use.

FINISHES AND COLOURS
Metallic. Vibrant. Weatherproof.
The metallic surfaces of EasyFalzinc and EasyFalz Patina look natural and lively and change due to weathering. The colour-coated surfaces of EasyFalz Colour, on the other hand, remain homogeneous and colour-stable.
EasyFalz Patina
The surface takes up the look of thin-film anodising. The layer thickness is at least 5 μm. The surface has anti-graffiti properties and is easy to clean.
Colours: Natural, Bronze B10, Bronze B30, Bronze B40, Bronze B50, Gold G30, UltraDark, RedCopper
EasyFalz Colour (HPC)
The high-performance coating is at least 25 μm thick and designed to withstand weather and UV radiation.
Colours: HPC Palladium, HPC Sage Grey, HPC Umber Bronze, HPC Wethered Iron, HPC Graphite Blue, HPC Anthracite Grey R
EasyFalzinc
The zinc surface is applied industrially to the aluminium core and has the appearance of pre-weathered zinc.
Weathering: From about 10° roof pitch, a self-cleaning effect sets in. Where dirt deposits are to be expected, the inclination should be as large as possible.
