With the new Kalzip FlexForm® façade, the Koblenz-based company offers a selection of technically tested profile shapes for efficient planning and safe execution. If an individual design is desired, the Kalzip FlexForm® Ultra façade offers the solution approach in which architects define their own profile shapes – with variable angles, depths and cycles. Kalzip provides support with technical advice, feasibility testing, sampling and project-related production.
In addition, the new system is available in a variety of high-quality finishes and colors. These include the AluPlusPatina surface finish, which provides an elegant, matt metal look in bronze, copper and gold tones. Coating with high-performance coating (HPC) is also possible. Colors and gloss levels can be freely selected. The HPC coating also gives the surface a high UV and weather resistance. In this way, every façade becomes an expression of material culture, value and identity.
Like every product from Kalzip, the new façade solution also stands for responsible construction: The profiles are made of up to 95 percent recycled aluminium of European origin and thus offer the possibility of complete return to the material cycle. "With the Kalzip FlexForm® façade, we give architects the opportunity to compose their own façade – for more freedom in terms of technology, cost-effectiveness or sustainability," explains Heiko Zadow, Sales Manager Façade Systems at Kalzip.

Sustainability
Kalzip FlexForm® is based on recyclable aluminium of European origin. Production is carried out with a high proportion of recycling, short distances and minimal environmental impact. The profiles are durable, low-maintenance and fully recyclable in the material cycle. In this way, modern façade design becomes an investment in sustainability and climate protection.

Kalzip FlexForm® is available in high-quality colours and finishes that have been developed for long-lasting and sophisticated façade solutions. The choice includes the HPC high-performance coating with a matt look and UV stability, the electrolytically pre-treated AluPlusPatina with characterful metal tones, and classic polyester coatings for functional applications, making the façade an expression of material culture, value and identity.
The pre-weathered surface gives buildings a noble, matt metal look in bronze, gold and copper nuances. It is based on electrolytic passivation, is insensitive to fingerprints and is particularly resistant to dirt and corrosion. Ideal for integrative design solutions and architectural signature facades. In this way, the façade becomes an expression of material culture, value and individuality.
HPC High-Performance Coating
The HPC system impresses with its high colour stability, extreme UV and weather resistance as well as a matte, elegant look with a reduced gloss level. Particularly suitable for urban architecture with clear design standards. Available in RAL, NCS and metallic tones, also with anti-graffiti effect.
