It is a plate with high mechanical strength that does not depend on the direction of the plate, which makes it easier to install and use. It enables optimal fastening of screws or nails. It has a high level of airtightness (Passive House Institute Class A), is resistant to wood-eating insects and exhibits good seismic behaviour in lightweight walls.
