Ground screws are based on the principle of pile dwellings, one of the oldest and most proven forms of foundations. It is a galvanized steel pipe with a welded thread, designed to introduce horizontal and vertical loads into the ground and assembled with the help of a screwing machine. The possible load absorption is in no way inferior to that of a concrete foundation.
Earth movements can be dispensed with. As real all-rounders, ground screws can be used both as point foundations in the shallow foundation as well as in the economic deep foundation - but also when a foundation has to be created under difficult special situations. Regardless of whether it is structural facilities on slopes, narrow and difficult-to-access construction sites or time-critical construction projects to be implemented. KRINNER ground screws provide an economical answer to almost every structural requirement.
