the production of our clinker bricks, we rely on the proven extrusion process. In this process, the clay mass is pressed through a mouthpiece using high pressure, creating a continuous tone strand. After the clay has been extruded, the strand is cut into individual brick blanks with the help of several finely adjusted wires, also known as harp cutters, whereby the blanks are brought to the required width.give it its typical character, which penetrate into the core of the stone. For our Wittmund clinker we do not use engobes or other chemical additives, so our "baking mix" is 100% of natural origin.
