The swivel sashes, which can be designed up to room height and can remain open permanently in summer, combine fast room ventilation with a high degree of architectural design freedom. The sashes are comfortable to use and are perfect for combination with large glazed elements and fixed glazing.
With the mechatronic opening hardware solution Schüco TipTronic SimplySmart, both automated night-time cooling and demand-oriented, sensor-controlled ventilation can be implemented.
The use of the sashes as skylights enables a natural air exchange with a comfortable indoor air climate at the same time – an economical alternative or supplement to fan-assisted ventilation with a high level of user comfort.
