weber.tec Superflex D 24

Saint-Gobain Weber GmbH

Description

Former product name SUPERFLEX D 24

Highly flexible, reactive and fast-setting, radon-proof, bitumen-free thick coating based on new binder technology for reliable waterproofing of buildings

More Over

Application tool: Mason's tassel, trowel, spraying machine

Drying time: max. 24 hours

Storage: If stored in a dry, cool, frost-free container in the original sealed container, the material can be stored for at least 12 months.

For

waterproofing basements in contact with the ground in old and new buildings, foundations. For subsequent sealing on existing anionic bitumen layers, as an adhesion bridge on existing bitumen coatings. For sealing building bases as well as floor-to-ceiling window or door connection profiles. As a horizontal barrier in and under walls. For subsequent interior sealing (negative sealing). For sealing tanks (inside) up to 10 m water column. As waterproofing under screeds, as intermediate waterproofing of wet rooms and balconies that are not underhabited, as well as for bonding polystyrene rigid foam panels.

Technical Information

Product features

  • highly flexible, crack bridging at least 2 mm
  • meets the test requirements for PMBC and FPD
  • EMICODE seal of approval: EC 1 PLUS
  • high dry residue ≥ 98 %
  • 1.02 mm fresh layer thickness (corresponds to at least 1.07 kg/m²) results in approx. 1 mm dry layer
  • quickly rainproof, approx. 1.5 hours at 4 mm layer thickness
  • Protective plates can stick after 4 hours
  • Weather-independent drying within 24 hours
  • Quickly pressure-tight, 1bar after 24 hours for all mineral substrates,
  • does not require a layer of plaster on masonry
  • , can be plastered over, painted, frost / de-icing salt resistant, UV-resistant,
  • radon gas-tight
  • Surface, plinth, interior, horizontal sealing, levelling filler and adhesion bridge in one
  • Enables basement and plinth waterproofing made of a single cast
  • resistant
  • to concrete-attacking water up to the degree of "strongly attacking" according to DIN 4030
  • can be sprayed with peristaltic pump technology as well as with screw pump technology, e.g. Wagner PC 1030 with air support

  • In the case of pressurized water, reinforced concrete must comply with DIN EN 206 and DIN 1045.
  • In strong sunlight, appropriate precautions must be taken, e.g. shading.
  • Only after setting and drying is the protective and insulating boards bonded with weber.tec Superflex D24 and the excavation pit filled.
  • For waterproofing protection, we recommend our drainage/protection mat weber.sys 983
  • When processing, DIN 18533 must always be observed. Furthermore , the guideline for the planning and execution of waterproofing with plastic-modified bitumen thick coatings (PMBC), the guideline for the planning and execution
  • of waterproofing with flexible polymer-modified
  • thick coatings (FPD), as well as the WTA leaflet "Subsequent sealing of components in contact with the ground" must be observed.
  • Processing time, rain resistance and reworkability refer to a temperature of + 23° C without draughts and a relative humidity of 50%.
  • When waterproofing water-impermeable concrete structures in the area of working and butt joints of precast concrete elements, the WU guideline must be observed.
  • After complete drying, the waterproofing can be painted over with weber.ton façade paints, preferably with silicone resin paints, weber.ton 411, or silicate paints, weber.ton 414.
  • If a plaster base is provided, the completely dried waterproofing made of weber.tec Superflex D 24 must be provided with a spray coating of weber.san 951 S over the entire surface.

Special notes

:
  • Do not mix with other building materials.
  • Please note additional information on the processing of weber.tec Superflex D24 Reactive Waterproofing.
  • In direct sunlight, slight color changes cannot be ruled out.
  • When renovating old waterproofing, weber.sys 981 glass silk fabric must always be incorporated over the entire surface .
  • The consumption for filling and scraping as well as additional consumption due to processing-related fluctuations of approx. 1 - 1.5 kg/m² must be calculated separately.
  • At present, the product group "FPD" is not yet included in DIN 18533,
  • the proof of usability is provided by so-called "AbP" - general building inspection test certificates.
  • Deviations from DIN 18533 must always be contractually agreed.
