The wooden structure of the LIGNA system halls is designed for maximum stability and durability. Thanks to the high-precision production and the high degree of prefabrication, the wooden structure can be erected on the construction site within a very short time. All components are numbered and pre-sorted and packed according to assembly groups.
We ensure that all parts are pre-assembled with wooden connections, rod dowels, dowels, wood screws or internal steel parts, so that this no longer has to be done on the construction site. We also treat the entire wooden structure with a water-based varnish to protect it from dirt and discoloration during transport or assembly.
Our system components are made of dried and planed glulam. The latter is not only characterized by easy processing and a high load-bearing capacity, but can also be completely dismantled and is therefore suitable for sustainable construction.
