Description

The core of the system is the self-drilling micropile TITAN, which transfers loads into the subsoil. Micropiles can absorb compressive, tensile and alternating loads and are used to secure structures.

There is a wide range of sizes of micropiles available for different areas of application: from tie-backs to foundations/re-foundations and embankment stabilization to tunnelling/mining.

TITAN micropiles are approved by DIBt with the General Technical Approval / General Construction Technique Permit Z-34.14.-209 and are the only pipe grouting pile system that may also be used for permanent applications of more than 100 years.

Technical Information

The TITAN micropile complies with the European DIN EN 14199 in conjunction with the German national annex DIN SPEC 18539, which requires approval.

The general technical approval / general construction technique approval Z-34.14-209 was issued by the German Institute for Construction Technology for our product "System TITAN for use as a micropile".

This general technical approval / general construction technique approval regulates the design and execution of TITAN micropiles in Germany for the construction of permanent structures in accordance with building law.
