Description

Original Strand Base Clinker according to DIN EN 771-1 (DIN 20000-401)

The production process of the extrusion process, in which the perforated bricks "Original Continuous Base Clinker" are manufactured, determines their special optical properties. The surface treatment of the real foot sides of the runners, which are used as visible sides, is the authentic and inimitable footprint of Hebrok Private Brickworks.

More Over

Characteristics:

  • rectangular shape
  • irregularly strong colour gradients on runners and heads
  • notches, grooves and cracks as type-like impressions
  • ribbon clip imprints
  • fine surface hairline cracks
  • edge spalling on runners and heads
  • sharp-edged protruding runner chamfer
  • rubbing frayed runner bevel cut
  • irregular shape and formation of the runner bevel
  • Wet clinker bricks appear darker

These special properties and visual features are part of the normal appearance of the "Original Strand Clinker Bricks". An important aspect is the special and unique use of the original foot sides as visible sides with the unique runner bevel cuts. The occurrence and frequency of these properties can only be reproduced to a limited extent and therefore cannot be controlled in the production process. These optical properties occur randomly during the manufacturing process of the stones. They do not pose a risk of frost damage. Our products are frost-resistant.
