LORO-X Balcony Drainage GF Series for Liquid Plastics

For balconies with waterproofing made of liquid plastics, especially during renovation

balconies with waterproofing made of liquid plastic or composite waterproofing, the liquid plastic often forms the top layer that is connected to the circumferential connection edge (adhesive flange) of the GF series.

If another covering follows, such as slabs on panel bearings, the GF series can be extended to the upper dewatering level with a raised screen holder. This also provides a high degree of flexibility when it comes to balcony renovation.

The liquid plastic layer of 2 - 3 mm can be optimally worked on the circumferential elevation along the inside of the connecting edge, so that no liquid plastic accidentally enters the drain and flushes the drainage level.

also offers a reliable proof of performance as a measured discharge curve for balcony drainage in the LX data sheet. In the LX data sheet, the drain can be read directly for any water level on the balcony, so that a safe design is also possible for water heights below or above the nominal water height of 35 mm.

The

base bodies of the GF series are available with a vertical or lateral drain pipe, so that the pipeline can run either inside or below the concrete slab.

As single and direct drains

Balcony drains of the GF series are available as Individual drains with end screen made of stainless steel for upper balconies (vertical and lateral) or as Direct drains with stainless steel ring screen available for direct pipe passage of the downpipe coming from above through lower balcony floors (vertical only).

Two-part for thermal insulation

The GF series can also be used as a two-part drain if thermal insulation is integrated below the upper sealing level. Here, the LORO-X DRAINLET sub-unit with universal clamping flange can be used as a base body for webs (see example of application).

The

LORO-X series GF includes balcony drains with connection edge (adhesive flange) for liquid plastics made of solid hot-dip galvanized steel with additional Inner coating.
