If the fall protection covers only part of the window and has to be mounted on the central mullion, there is no need to divide the load into the masonry on both sides. However, it is precisely here that the safe transfer of shock loads, in particular, is particularly important. The STABILUM SK and STABILUM SK NB stabilization consoles have a certificate of usability from the accredited institute VERROTEC Mainz for fall protection. The static brackets were tested with regard to the impact loads on the basis of pendulum impact tests in accordance with DIN 18008-4 Category A. They absorb the static forces from a fall protection system and transfer them into the structure.
