Jacobi Flat Brick J160

Jacobi Tonwerke GmbH

Description

J160, the brick that was developed by Jacobi-Walther in the 160th anniversary year to stand out: straightforward and modern, architecturally sophisticated and for architects and builders who like the Bauhaus style.

A new Jacobi Walther brick that proves that we can do more than just anything. Thanks to pronounced interlocking; our ceramic answer to ever flatter roof pitches.

Minimum roof pitch: can be covered up to 10° with increased additional measures according to ZVDH regulations.

More Over

  • Very deep head pocket prevents water ingress in torrential rain
  • Quadruple overlap in the four-tile leak
  • Depth, elaborately designed interlocking for a high level of rain resistance
  • Insensitive to the cover pattern, e.g. in the renovation of uneven roof trusses
  • Toothed strip for the secure hold of the storm clamp
  • No open cover joint for more tightness, thanks to covering brim
  • 30 mm deck length clearance and practical deck width clearance
  • Easier covering and better fit on the roof window compared to flat tiles
  • Solid, shatterproof roof tile construction
  • Futuristic, linear look with high recognition value in the cover image

Hail resistance class 4:

The J160 has been awarded hail resistance class 4 (HW4) by the IBS Institute for Fire Protection Technology and Safety Research Gesellschaft m.b.H.!
