Description
Original hand-shaped bricks made with regional raw materials and traditional technology according to historical models.
In original production technology and 100% manual work, we produce suitable bricks for this.
in the preservation and restoration of monuments, original hand-shaped or original hand-painted bricks play an important role. We pay attention to the last detail to ensure that the shape, colour and material are reproduced as faithfully as possible. The clay is picked up from the pile of supplies and thrown into a wooden mold with momentum. The excess mass is cut off and the blank is formed. The manual insertion of the compound creates the typical pinch creases on the visible sides. Depending on requirements and historical stock, we manufacture hand-painted bricks using the waterstruck or sand screed technique. For churches, monasteries and other representative buildings, moulded bricks are also produced using stencil cutting technology or profile moulds.
