Cleaneo GO! Acoustic panel ceilings are available with a metal or wooden construction.
Wooden substructure
Cleaneo GO! Panels are screwed onto a wooden substructure consisting of base and support rails (double slatted frame) or only support rails (simple slatted frame). The substructure is attached to the raw ceiling with hangers or directly with suitable fasteners.An insulation layer of at least 20 mm thick can be applied to the support rails for the purpose of sound absorption.
Metal substructure
Cleaneo GO! Panels are screwed onto a metal substructure consisting of base and supporting profiles (double profile grating) or only supporting profiles (single profile grating). The substructure is attached to the raw ceiling with hangers with suitable fasteners.An insulating layer of at least 20 mm thick can be applied to the load-bearing profiles for the purpose of sound absorption.
Technical Information
For the majority of the examples listed in the product data sheet, the acoustic quality was determined according to a standardized test procedure by means of measurements in the reverberation chamber. The results of the tests are summarised in a certificate and can be requested from the Technical Information Service.
