DELTA® FAÇADE 50 (PLUS)

Advantages:

• Permanently UV-resistant: Excessive UV exposure can lead to material fatigue or embrittlement of the material and impair the protective function of the façade membranes. Thanks to a special coating, you benefit from permanent UV resistance with DELTA-FASSADEN^® 50 (PLUS) and are protected from such damage.

• Flame retardant: DELTA^® FAÇADE 50 (PLUS) meets the requirements of Euro fire class B-s1, d0. This is the highest class of flame-retardant membranes and means that in the event of a fire, it does not drip off and causes only a small amount of smoke. This protects residential buildings and residents.

• Vapor permeability: The Sd value of the membrane of only approx. 0.02 m ensures vapor permeability from the inside. This guarantees the functional reliability of the structure and permanently dry thermal insulation.

• Suitability: For open facades with joints up to 50 mm wide and a maximum joint share of 50% of the surface.
