TROX smoke extraction dampers EK-JZ

TROX HESCO Schweiz AG

Description

Rectangular smoke extraction dampers including ventilation function with small installation depth and large inflow surface for the dissipation of smoke and heat via smoke extraction systems with mechanical smoke extraction devices, for inflow and in pressure ventilation systems

More Over

  • Nominal sizes 200 × 230 – 1200 × 2030 mm, for flue gas volume flows up to 29230 l/s or 105235 m³/h at 12 m/s, inflow velocities up to 20 m/s possible
  • Simple and quick installation in and on components
  • Housing, flap blades and drive encapsulation made of calcium silicate
  • Meets pressure level 2 (operating pressure -1000 – 500 Pa)
  • Automatic triggering (AA) and manual override (MA) possible
  • For smoke extraction ducts with a wall thickness of 35 mm or more
  • Leakage air flow with closed slats in accordance with EN 1751, class 3
  • Housing leakage air flow in accordance with EN 1751, class C

Optional equipment and accessories

  • Termination grilles in different designs
  • Connection frames for calcium silicate and sheet steel smoke extraction pipes
  • Integration into the building management system with TROXNETCOM
  • Coating for use in exterior wall areas
  • Cmod = for the smoke extraction and ventilation function in combined systems and thus pneumatic balancing possible by moving to intermediate positions
