The EGGER Ergo Board is a lightweight wooden finishing board for drywall construction and interior construction. Thanks to the special edge profiling with a stepped rebate on the long edges and a tongue and groove on the short side, they can be processed particularly quickly and easily.
The OSB finishing boards have a 3-layer structure of flat, aligned strands (microveneers). The two top layers are aligned parallel to each other, with the middle layer running perpendicular to them. This layer structure ensures good strength and stiffness. Fresh coniferous wood as well as a formaldehyde-free glue system and paraffin wax are mainly used for production.

This is what makes the Ergo Board expansion board from EGGER special - its advantages in application:
The handy board format with a width of only 600 mm and a weight of less than 12 kg makes the Ergo Board the expansion plate for many different applications in drywall construction and interior construction. A real one-man panel that can be applied quickly, easily and permanently - whether in walls, roofs or ceilings.
EGGER Ergo Board, the OSB board with easy handling, in combination with thin plasterboard cladding, offers unique, tested system solutions for every drywall made of metal stud work. With this panel, partition walls with fire protection classification up to F90-AB and sound insulation values of up to 65 dB are possible.
Drywall with EGGER Ergo Board offers very simple fastening options, chipboard screws are sufficient for fastening loads; forget about special dowels and complex fastening technology. The walls are also very robust against impact loads and offer a high level of stability overall.
The patented edge profiling includes a circumferential expansion joint to compensate for moisture-dependent changes in length. This ensures permanently functional constructions without additional effort .
