EGGER DHF Roof Plate

This is what makes the EGGER DHF underlay plate special - its advantages in application:

The areas of application and properties of the DHF panels are described via the CE Declaration of Performance (DOP-506) regulated. With its properties, the EGGER DHF is the suitable sub-roof panel for the external planking of roofs and timber frame walls.

• Rainproof underlay plate, puncture-proof and windproof – three important functions are performed in a single operation with the EGGER DHF panel.

• Two months of free weathering of the panels as a temporary cover between March and November give you security in the construction process.

• DHF panels are puncture-resistant and enable the creation of a walkable roof surface – for more safety on the construction site.

• With the tightly closing tongue-and-groove profile, the panel plane is windproof without any additional measures.
• With the precisely fitting tongue and groove profile and the printed nail grid , the installation and fastening of EGGER DHF is quick and easy.

• A nail sealing tape under the counter battens is not required for underlays and  roofs made of EGGER DHF.

• The guaranteed bulk density of at least 600 kg/m³ in combination with large-scale installation with a low proportion of joints has a positive effect on the  sound insulation and the  fire protection of building components.

• With the different, floor-to-ceiling formats, stiffening timber frame walls can be realised without horizontal joints.

• As a solid and stable plate, the EGGER DHF offers additional protection against extreme weather events such as storms and hailstorms during the construction phase.
